ROMsys is about carrying-forward the logic that leads people to use Information Technology (IT) systems. You use IT because it makes life easier than using manual systems, because you are interested in "working smarter, not harder". IT systems do things with information, which can be difficult to work with, because it's invisible, immaterial. But, it's quite possible to "work smarter" with it.
